We are currently recruiting for an Installation Manager who will work with our Exactitude branches in Cumberland and Bangor, Maine.

Summary

Will oversee teams of installation teams ins Cumberland and Bangor, Maine.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees all install estimating and labor for multiple teams of installers across Florida
  • Tracks daily productivity
  • Ensures all safety rules/requirements are followed and encourages safe work habits
  • Reviews scope of labor for contracts
  • Coordinates temporary labor to supplement work force in accordance with corporate requirements
  • Coordinates and establishes relationships with trusted subcontractors
  • Coordinates install labor and scheduling with Precision Systems Integration Manager
  • Provides leadership to entire install team from hire, training, safety and discipline
  • Motivates and inspires the installation teams
  • Conducts job site visits
  • Tracks and maintains weekly/monthly installation scheduling and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Construction supervision experience required 
  • Must be able to lift/carry 25-50 lbs. frequently
  • Must be able to read construction drawings and schedules
  • Industry experience with installation of building materials preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must have strong math skills, communication skills, problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to determine what type of tools and equipment are needed for a job

Physical Demands

Spends majority of time standing, lifting, bending and walking commercial job sites. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Work Environment

May  be exposed to variable weather conditions.  Other conditions may include close proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various toos and hardware.  Worker is subject to frequrednt heavy lifting.
